Is this another example of what critical theorist J. Jack Halberstam calls “Gaga feminism,” the theory that another of my favorite contemporary divas, Lady Gaga, has enabled a culture in which women can, and should, express themselves through craziness—by “going gaga,” as “Xtina” does here?
